Sophie was an SEO and trends writer for National World who created content for a variety of sites across the UK including the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Sheffield Star and Bristol World. She wrote a mix of national and regional content, specialising in the cost of living crisis, crime and food. Originally from South Yorkshire, she completed an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism at The Sheffield College, and covered patches all over the country, predominantly in Yorkshire, the Midlands and the south west of England, having started at the Worksop Guardian in 2013 and worked for the Mansfield Chad, the Derbyshire Times and the Sheffield Star before helping to launch BristolWorld.
