The outlets in Hawick High Street, Market Street in Galashiels and The Square in Kelso were back trading on a limited basis from yesterday, Wednesday, February 17.
But the shop in High Street, Peebles, remains closed for the time being.
Fans of the North Tyneside-based bakery chain's sausage rolls and steak bakes will no doubt be breathing a sigh of relief.
However, the operation of the three premises is dramatically different with door service only and no cash accepted, in compliance with rules imposed by Scottish Government.
A spokesperson for the Galashiels shop said: “We are back open from Wednesday and now operate 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm with service at the door and cards only, no cash at all is accepted.
"We put a sign on the door to say we were opening. People are starting to see that we are open and it has been busier today.”
Greggs was founded in Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1939 and specialises in savoury products such as bakes, sausage rolls, sandwiches and sweet items including doughnuts and vanilla slices.
The company launched a vegan sausage in 2019 and in January of last year it announced that the chain would give its 25,000 employees a bonus of up to £300 after the vegan sausage roll boosted sales and profits.
