I am the Littlehampton Gazette editor and Worthing Herald content editor. I create content for our sussexworld.co.uk website, which incorporates print titles including Crawley Observer, Mid Sussex Times, West Sussex County Times, Hastings Observer, Eastbourne Herald, Chichester Observer. I also write a weekly column called One Thing or a Mother. 

I've worked for National World (formerly Johnston Press and JPI Media) for 20 years and have held many roles. I now mainly write about parenting, retail, lifestyle and reviews.

As a parent of two young children, I love sharing all the fun stuff Sussex has to offer for families. When I'm not working, you'll find me trying out as many coffee shops as I can (flat white with oat milk, please), going for runs (the seafront is my favourite spot) and enjoying gigs, plays and movies at many of our fab entertainment venues across the county.
