Big Smile Tea Party appeal

Take time out this Easter to enjoy tea with your family and pets, while also helping children around the world.

The Big Smile Tea Party has returned this month and there’s still time to take part.

Running from Thursday, April 1, to Friday, April 16, international children’s cleft charity Smile Train is encouraging people to come together with their pets to host an internationally themed tea party – while raising vital funds for children with clefts.

Many children do not have access to proper treatment. Smile Train empowers medical professionals in 70 countries to provide free cleft surgery. Big Smile Tea Party funds will allow the charity to continue this life-changing work.

Ian Vallance, director of Smile Train UK, said: “This is a perfect opportunity for people to spend some quality time with their loved ones over Easter, whether that’s in person or virtually, while raising money for children in need around the world.

“To date, Smile Train has transformed the lives of more than 1.5 million children with the power of a brand-new forever smile.
