Charity ready to make Tiny Changes across the Borders in Scott’s name
Beginning in the Borders, the fund will support a number of innovative projects with grants of up to £5,000 each.
These projects will help improve attitudes and services around the mental health of young people aged 30 or under in communities across the region.

Trustees Neil and Marion Hutchison, Scott’s brother and mother, said: “We are so excited to launch the first Make Tiny Changes Fund small grant programme.
“We’ve wanted to do this for a while now, but like the rest of the world, we’ve had to put our plans on ice for a few months.
“The whole ethos of the charity is to make lots of small impacts, which add up to a big change in how children and young people in Scotland cope.

“We can’t wait to hear from the young people of the Borders and the mental health community with their thoughts and ideas of how we can help.”
Through his music and art, Scott made tiny changes that had a big impact.
His honesty and openness about his own mental health inspired people from all walks of life.

This legacy inspired a bold vision ... to make young minds feel better.
Neil and Marion added: “Every penny donated to Tiny Changes is hard earned and appreciated.
“Tiny Changes want to use that money to inspire change by investing in new and existing projects, supporting innovation that will improve young people’s mental health.
