The team, from Division ‘A’ of the Borders Amateur Football Association, hopes to stage the four-club event at Happer Park on Saturday and Sunday, July 3-4.

The club put out messages on social media to any interested clubs from around the Borders who were interested in taking part with them.

Following a number of responses, those who will be joining Greenlaw for the weekend of action will be Hawick Royal Albert United, from the East of Scotland League Division One Conference ‘B’, and two clubs from the Lothian and Edinburgh Amateur Football Association – Premier side Tollcross Thistle and Championship outfit Pencaitland AFC.

The draw has been made and features Greenlaw v Pencaitland on July 3, with a noon kick-off, followed at 3pm by Hawick RAU v Tollcross.

On July 4, the two losing sides will contest a third-place placy-off at noon, while the final will be contested by the winning teams at 3pm.
