Border Amateur League B Division leaders Jed Legion scored twice in the first half at Home Park to secure promotion to the top flight.
Captain Gary Hunter headed the visitors in front, and Jed got lucky with the second.
An ambitious 35-yard strike from Jamie Swalies looked to be harmlessly heading into the arms of Luc Glasper, but the ball hit a divot and took a wicked bounce over the despairing Coldstream keeper.
It was a slice of luck for Jed, who had to do some defending in an evenly-contested second half. There were chances at both ends, but Jed held on.
