To find the bedtime stories narrated by Styles, you’ll need to download the Calm app from your app store and make an account. You can do this by either filling out a form with your name and email address, or you can sign up using your Facebook account.

While Calm has lots of content that is free to access, you’ll need to sign up for Calm Premium to unlock the entire library, including the ‘Dream with Harry’ stories.

The stories were made available to listen to from Wednesday 8 July.

How much does it cost?

Calm Premium allows you access to the entire Calm library and you can sign up for a seven day free trial - after that, it will cost £28.99 per year.

Styles isn’t the only celebrity who has teamed up with Calm over the years. Premium users will be able to access stories narrated by the likes of Matthew McConaughey, Stephen Fry, Kelly Rowland, Lucy Liu, Chris Hemsworth and Nick Offerman.
