Update: Man reported missing from Galashiels is found safe and well
Police have traced a 77-year-old man from Galashiels who was reported missing after not beeing seen since last night.
After issuing an appeal today, Police Scotland now say James Aitken has been “traced safe and well”.
Officers have thanked the public for its support.
