Two youths charged with fireraising after Heather Mills blaze
Police have arrested and charged two youths aged 12 and 13 in connection with wilful fireraising in Selkirk.
It follows a fire at the town’s disused Heather Mills building in South Bridge Street on the evening of Sunday, March 18.
A report will be submitted to the Children’s Reporter.
