Tools stolen from works vans
A number of reports have been received by police in the Galashiels area regarding theft of tools from works vans.
It appear that a Tibbe key (a kind of lock pick) has been used to access these vehicles.
Police recommend that high value items are removed from vehicles and stored securely overnight or alternatively vehicles are parked in a secure location.
