Teenager taken to hospital after road accident in Peebles
A teenager was rushed to hospital yesterday, September 29, after being involved in a road accident in Peebles.
He was taken to the Borders General Hospital at Melrose for treatment after reportedly being hit by a car in the town’s Glen Road, but the extent of the injuries he sustained is unknown.
Police were called out at around 12.45pm.

Hide AdA Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a teenager being struck by a car in Glen Road.
“Emergency services attended and the boy was taken to the Borders General Hospital.
“Inquiries are ongoing.”
