Local firms have been quick to give generously, and their prizes include a family meal at Eyemouth’s Oblo, a surfing lesson at St Vedas Surfing School and fourball games at Duns and Goswick Golf Clubs.

Scottish rugby legend Sean Lineen has very kindly agreed to take control and be the auctioneer for the evening.
