Sammi and Maria up for Para Athlete of the Year
The pair make up half of the four-strong shortlist for the award which will be presented early in 2016.

Hide Ad“If you look at each of them, they have performed where it matters with good results on a world stage. We’ve seen that in Doha [where Lyle and Kinghorn brought home four medals].”
Maria Lyle won a gold medal in Doha as part of a world record-breaking relay team,as well as two silver medals.
At the same games, Sammi Kinghorn won bronze in her 200m event.
