Hide AdKen hopes to raise £7,500 in aid of the Royal National Institute of Blind People’s Talking Books Service.
Brenda, a cyclist herself, said: “We are delighted to be supporting Ken. He has set himself an incredible challenge and we wish him every success with his fundraising. We will be with him to set him on his way in Edinburgh and closely follow his progress.”
Ken added:“30 years ago I was told that I was going blind. I had to give up riding my bike, and reading books. I now ride a tandem and read audio books. They come together, when I ride 750 miles in aid of RNIB’s Talking Book Service, which has changed my life.”
