Man accused of violent struggle
A 24-year-old will stand trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of struggling violently with a man in Galashiels town centre.
Greg Stewart, of Manse Road, Adersier, near Inverness, denies shouting and swearing and making threatening and abusive comments in Lawyers’ Brae on July 8.
A trial has been set for October 12.
