Live fast die old, say Police
Police Scotland will join bikers on Borders roads this weekend to help them and other road users stay safe.
Officers will carry out patrols with mobile units from the Lothian and Borders Safety Camera Partnership, on key roads in the area.
Inspector Richard Latto of the Road Policing Unit said: “We want everyone to enjoy these routes in South Scotland, whether you are a biker visiting from miles away to come and ride through the picturesque scenery, or you are lucky enough to live in one of the many towns and villages along the key roads.”
Police Scotland supports “Live Fast Die Old”, a campaign of advice on techniques, routes, and staying safe.
