Free social media law course
A free day-long course for anyone interested in social media and the law is being held at Scottish Borders Campus, Nether Road, Galashiels, on Friday, January 22 (10am-4pm).
The training, funded through the Scottish Union Learning Fund and Scottish Government, is being provided by Gillian Mawdsley, a lawyer who teaches at Glasgow, Edinburgh and Strathclyde universities at undergraduate and post-graduate level, featuring criminal and civil law subjects.
Teas/coffees and a sandwich lunch will be provided.
