Farmer denies injuring pair
A man will stand trial on a charge of injuring a male and a female during a disturbance at his farm.
Michael McColm, 50, of Fairnilee Farm, Galashiels, denies a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour and struggling violently with others on June 4.
A trial date has been fixed for December 7 at Selkirk Sheriff Court, with an intermediate hearing on November 6.
