Earlston SWI members enjoy a crafty Christmas

Christmas crafts was the theme of the latest Earlston SWI meeting.
Christmas Crafts was the theme of the recent meeting of Earlston SWI when members had the opportunity to try their hands at making a festive table decoration and a folded paper Danish star, with Betty Turnbull and Gill Cooper leading the enjoyable sessions. Competition winners were as follows. Small giftwrapped box: 1st Gill Cooper, 2nd Edith Cockburn. Decorative candle: 1st Edith Cockburh, 2nd Wilma Moffat. The next gathering is for the Christmas lunch at the Firebrick, Lauder, at 12pm for 12.30pm, with the competition a special piece of Christmas jewellery.
