Tweedbank man admits making homophobic comments


Sentence has been deferred on a man convicted of making homophobic and threatening comments at Hawick police station on October 22.
Sam Finlayson, 28, of Tweedbank, admitted those offences and also pleaded guilty to assaulting a male and a 17-year-old girl at Asda in Galashiels on October 31.
The case will recall on January 23.
