Three jailed after Kelso vehicle theft
Three men who stole a vehicle from the Orchard Park area of Kelso have been each been jailed for more than six months at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Shaun Grieve, 33, formerly from Hawick but who has an address in Lancashire, and Liverpool pair Robert Whelan and Dean Kelly, who are both 29, pleaded guilty to the theft which happened on August 13.
Grieve and Kelly were each jailed for 255 days back-dated to August when they were first remanded in custody in connection with the offence.
Whelan, who had not been on remand, was jailed for 252 days.
