Three injured during incident in Galashiels last night

Police officers and ambulance crews were called to the incident in Torwoodlee Road last night.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Around 7.25pm on Tuesday, April 14, police attended a report of an alleged assault at Torwoodlee Road, Galashiels.

“Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital. Another was person treated at the scene.

“Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.”
