Sentencing of thug convicted of injuring baby girl in Jedburgh adjourned until next month
Nathan Brown, 23, had denied hitting the two-month child in the face and repeatedly shaking her at a house in Jedburgh in July 2018 but was convicted by a majority verdict.
His lawyer claimed that Brown had dropped the youngster, said to have needed emergency brain surgery afterwards, by accident.
