Police seek witnesses after acts of vandalism in Jedburgh

Police are appealing for witnesses to a spate of vandalism in Jedburgh, which occurred between 4pm on Sunday, June 14 and 2pm on Monday, June 15.

Two vehicles were vandalised in the Glebe car park, Edinburgh Road, a vehicle has had its window smashed at the Old Station Yard, also Edinburgh Road, and two windows were smashed at Jed-forest Rugby Club’s Riverside Park ground.

A police spokesperson said: “Anyone who has information or has seen people acting suspiciously can contact the police on 101 quoting incident number 2006 for June 15, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
