Man charged after altercation on the Black Path at Tweedbank
A man has been charged with assault after an incident on the Black Path in Tweedbank resulted in a man sustaining a serious leg injury.
The altercation took place between two men on the Black Path in Tweedbank Park on Saturday afternoon, March 13.
One man suffered a serious leg injury and was taken to Borders General Hospital for treatment.
A 40-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Selkirk Sheriff Court at a later date.
