Kelso man accused of sexually assaulting two women

The trial of a Kelso man accused of sexually assaulting two women at a local hotel has been put back until July.

Michael Anderson, 33, of Orchard Park, is charged with striking one female on the bottom and biting another on the neck.

The assaults are alleged to have taken place at the Ednam House Hotel on November 9.

On a motion from the defence last Tuesday's trial was postponed and a new trial date was fixed for July 30 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
