Galashiels man admonished after Christmas Day bust-up
A Galashiels man who was involved in a bust-up with his partner on Christmas Day has been admonished after being of good behaviour during a period of deferred sentence.

Alistair Whitehead, 46, of Broom Drive, had previously admitted a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour by acting in an aggressive manner, struggling with her and damaging a door.
