Galashiels 42-year-old given unpaid work order for assaulting police officer
An unpaid work order has been issued to a 42-year-old man convicted of assaulting a police officer.
Jamie Wilkinson, of Galashiels, has been ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work over the next 12 months at Selkirk Sheriff Court after admitting charges of police assault, obstructing officers and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
