Family’s bikes stolen during overnight Lauder break-in

Six mountain bikes were taken by thieves from a garden shed behind a house in The Row, Lauder, this week.

Police investigating the theft say they were taken sometime between 9pm on Monday, April 13 and 9am the following morning.

They’ve issued descriptions of the bikes, the first being a black and yellot KTM Revelator road bike with Shimano dura ace and a yellow and black Tour de France saddle.

The second is a red and white Trek 1.5 road bike, the third a white and pink Cube ladies’ road bike, the fourth a matte black Rock Hopper mountain bike, the fifth a glass black Cannondale mountain bike, and the last a kids’ Cube mountain bike which is white with red and blue detailing.
