Teries have been crying out for a quality new music outlet ever since the iconic Spence’s music store, run by the town’s ‘Mr Music’, the late Barry Spence, closed its doors in Buccleuch Street back in 2017.

Now townsfolk are invited to check out Nostalgia, launched by Joe Daley, a retro-steeped new music and sports-related venue.

The venue, at the town’s Cross Wynd, opened its doors on Monday and buys and sells vinyl records, CDs, DVDs and even cassettes and mini-discs.

Additionally, Joe intends to trade in sports memorabilia and toy model cars, such as Corgi and Dinky.
