Hide AdWalkers enjoyed sunrise over Gala Hill and festival organisers teamed up with Stow Community Trust to take on the slopes of Torsonce Hill, Caitha Hill and William Law before heading through Ladhope Moor and Blaikes Hill and on to Galashiels.
Festival co-ordinator Tracey Alder passed on congratulations go to the newly qualified walk leaders and gave particular thanks Dougie Johnston, Gary Blair and Jessie Harrington.
She said: “It was the first event of the year and was highly successful, especially as it was held the weekend before restrictions were lifted.”
