
Grange Hall director James Mowbray said: “Given the past year’s events with Covid, she’s done a marvellous job in steadying the ship after the matron of 21 years left suddenly, and keeping the care home completely covid-free from the beginning and boosting our reputation and relationships with local communities.”
Anna, who is still to receive her award, said: “I couldn’t believe it … it means a lot, especially after the past year, which brought so many challenges.
"However, it’s really for the whole of my team, who all do a brilliant job.”
