Appeal for public's help in finding 32 sheep stolen from a farm at the weekend

Police in the Scottish Borders have launched an investigation into the theft of 32 sheep from a farm at the weekend.

The Scotch Mule and Texel sheep were taken from a location near Grantshouse.

The incident happened at Blackburnrigg between 8am on Friday and 1pm on Monday. Enquiries are ongoing and an appeal for information has been launched.

A police spokesperson said: “Any information could prove to be vital to the investigation. If anybody has seen any suspicious activity we would ask them to contact us.”
