Would like to be part of a creative and exciting Easter performance project?

Borders Youth Theatre have two exciting Easter projects for young people to get involved in.

The Juniors’ Theatre performance week will be a production of Jules Verne’s Around the World in 80 Days directed by experienced practitioners, Amanda Glasgow and Simon Watson.

It will be run from Saturday April 1-8, from 10-6pm Saturday-Wednesday and 12-9.30pm Thursday-Saturday at Selkirk High School.

The junior performance is for 8-12 year-olds. Cost is £100/person.

For young people aged between 12-25 years, there is an exciting skills up project using physical theatre and voice work to explore character development.

The workshops are run by Jenna Agate, from Studio on the Green, Selkirk, and Finlay McDermid, at the MacArts Centre, Galashiels from Monday, April 10, to Wednesday, April 12, 10am-5.30pm.

Cost is £40 per person. Places are limited so book early. To participate email Sara at [email protected].
