Preview: Brodsky Quartet

The Brodsky Quartet are set to return to Kelso after their ‘Wheel of 4Tunes’ concert in 2012.

Since its formation in 1972 the Quartet has performed over 2000 concerts on the major stages of the world and released more than 50 recordings. Now in their 43rd year they are still one of the most inventive and adventurous quartets around. They will play Borodin, Scherzo in D major from ‘Les Vendredis’; Shostakovich, String Quartet No.5 in B flat major, Op.92 and Beethoven String Quartet No. 15 in A minor, Op.132.
