Cranston Fiddle plays Gavinton
The Cranston Fiddle –a poignant First World War story of a local family will be showing at Gavinton Village Hall at 7.30 pm on August 23. Entry is by donation, with a bar and refreshments available.
Told with music, slides and narrative, this production by local musicians tells the tragic story through the surviving fiddle. Teenage musicians from Riddell Fiddles will present some of the tunes.
