Hide AdCharlie’s new work is an exploration of casting layers of organic material into lead columns. The materials – twigs and plant stems – are exposed like layers of fossils in bedrock when the sides of the column are sawn.
To celebrate their 21st anniversary, they will also be launching their book, Open Studio, which charts their growth and development.
The open weekend runs from August 1-4, from 11am-6pm each day, at Allanbank Mill Steading, Allanton, Duns.
