Innerleithen to host
ceilidh for Commonwealth

A worldwide ceilidh and two exhibitions are to be hosted in the Borders as part of an ambitious arts programme for the Commonweath Games.

A ceilidh will take place in the Memorial Hall, Innerleithen, on June 21 at 7.30pm as part of a 24-hour ceilidh in coutries across the globe.

The Innerleithen dance is being run by local members of the Royal Scottish Country Dancing Society. They hope to start the ceilidh outside, so bring a picnic and make a night of it.
