One of the people credited with founding the UK’s dance scene will perform to just 120 people in Galashiels later this month.
Danny Rampling is regarded as one of the leading DJs and producers in the world, and plays at Gala Fairydean Rovers’ clubrooms on Saturday, September 21 for No Strings Attached (NSA).
Steve Cass of NSA said: “Myself and Justin Wilson have been hosting house music parties for more than 18 years, but this one is far beyond anything we thought possible – bringing the most influential dance DJ to the Dean.
“Listening to DJ sets by Danny Rampling from his legendary Shoom Club in London was something we did back in the day and inspired us to buy records.
“It also changed our whole perspective of music and to have him play for us in a 120-capacity venue is incredible.”
Rampling’s wife Ilona will also play a set, as will Cass and Wilson.
It all begins at 7pm and tickets are available from www.facebook.com/nsaofficial.
