Junior Chefs Challenge finalist – Johnnie Streets

Johnnie STREETS of the County Hotel in Selkirk is one of the three finalists in the Scottish Borders Junior Chefs Challenge.

Stuart Cobley met up with him and had a chat about his dishes – including what he proposes to make for the final.

Also, Johnnie prepares a potato and onion rosti, with pork fillet, stuffed with butternut squash and pear, part of his final menu.
