Pie and cheers as fans relish 6 Nations on big screen

Heart of Hawick has once again shown it’s the ace in the pack by enabling fans of Scottish rugby to enjoy the Six Nations campaign on the big screen.

In February and March, there will be five live screenings of Scotland’s Six Nations Scottish rugby matches live on the big screen in the venue’s auditorium.

Sophy Delavigne, operations manager at Heart of Hawick, said: “As a charity, Live Borders wants our venues to be places where the community can come together and this is a great opportunity to enable rugby fans from across the Borders to support Scotland in their Six Nations campaign.

“After the success of last year’s screenings, we know live-streaming sporting events on our cinema screen is very popular.

“To enhance the customer experience this time, we have introduced a ‘Pie and Cheers to the Six Nations’ offer, where customers can enjoy a pie and drink along with the screening.”

Screening times are 4.45pm tomorrow (Saturday) for Ireland v Scotland, 4.45pm on February 8 for Scotland v England, 2.15pm ono Feburary 22 for Italy v Scotland, 3pm on March 8 for Scotland v France, and 2.15pm on March 14 for Wales v Scotland.
