Make it to final trials for GB selection.

Who in your sport has inspired you most and why?:

Heather Stanning – she was the first ever GB woman to win an Olympic gold medal along with her partner Helen Glover and also serves in the armed forces.

The opportunities it gives you to travel, compete and meet new people.

What do you do to “tune-in” immediately before a competition?:

Go through my race plan in my head and ask myself how much do I want it? (my answer is always ‘... a lot!’).

If you had the chance to change one thing in your sport, what?:

Increase the number of lightweight women’s events in the Olympics.

Venue at which you most aspire to compete:

Eton Dorney.

If not in this sport, would like to compete in:

Muay Thai (martial art).

Probably a One Direction tune.
