Border Bowmen archers took on the Penicuik Challenge 2012 last weekend.
The event saw a FITA 70m ranking round, followed by a head-to-head elimination held on Saturday, followed by a standard FITA star on Sunday.
In the ladies’ recurve, Leigh Christie came first in the ranking round with 526 out of 720, before winning the head-to-head.
She followed Saturday’s performance with a score of 1,084 on Sunday to win overall.
Michael Murray was ranked third with 572 in the gents’ recurve, but was knocked out in the quarter-final of the elimination stage.
Scoring 1,079 in the FITA star, he tied for third overall, but lost out following a count-back.
