Forrest holds a record five titles and aims to challenge for another
“I’ve been lucky because I started bowling when I was young and feel I’m gaining more experience all the time,” She told TheSouthern: “Saturday was tough but I just stayed focussed and got through it. I’ve always been a fighter so I always go into the game thinking that my opponent needs 21 shots to win and I won’t give up until that last shot is played.”
Forrest, who receives sponsorship in the form of gym and fitness access from the Teviotdale Leisure Centre, will play the semifinal and hopefully the final at Falkirk in January.
