The newest Fjordhus Reivers team claimed their second win on the bounce on Saturday in this East League division Three encounter.

The confident youngsters started with determination, which resulted in continuous pressure in the oppositions circle. A number of penalty corners were awarded before Polly Bell scored the first goal of the match. Any counter attack from the Boroughmuir side was swiftly stopped by the Reivers much improved defensive structure. The first half ended with the home side holding a 2-0 lead following Laura Holmes slotting another ball past the keeper.

The second half saw the Boroughmuir side attack strongly from the whistle, leading to a penalty corner being awarded. The home side however cleared the threat and the Reivers attack was resumed once more. Due to great attacking positioning from the Reivers a further goal was scored, this time from Emma Suddon, to seal the win.
