Double win caps success for Ryan

Kelso darts player Ryan Hogarth celebrated his first Scotland cap with individual wins over England and Wales last weekend.

Competing for his country in the British Internationals in Wales, the 22-year-old played superbly, beating England’s Lewis Venes 4-3 (overall score England 6-6 Scotland) and then beating Welshman Mitch Butler 4-2 securing an 8-4 win for Scotland in the process.

Earlier in the month, Hogarth made it through to the final of the National Singles Championships at Bannockburn before losing to Scotland number one Ross Montgomery.
