Victory for the Rovers against the Rhymers

Local teams from the Borders Amateur Football Association have been engaged in a series of pre-season friendlies in recent weeks as the countdown continues to the new season, which begins for a number of clubs this Saturday.

This Saturday, in the Border Cup first round, Rovers are at home to Hawick United, while Earlston Rhymers travel to CFC Bowholm in round one of the Collie Cup.
