Home sweet home for ex Duns boss

COLDSTREAM Football Club have appointed former Duns boss Neil Oliver as their new manager.

The 46-year-old from Berwick takes over at Home Park from Andrew Gibson, who resigned at the end of December due to work commitments.

Oliver was dismissed as Duns manager at the end of August after five defeats in a row, but is widely respected for the job he did at the club, winning the Border Amateur League A Division and taking them to the final of the South Challenge Cup in their first season back in the East of Scotland League in 2011/12. He begins his new role this Saturday.
