Borders amateur sides enjoyed a full card again at the weekend, with most fixtures going ahead as planned.
In the top flight, Gala Fairydean Rovers held onto their top-of-the-table spot with a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Hawick Waverley at Wilton Lodge Park.
In what turned out to be a fast-flowing game, Gala sailed into the lead in the fourth minute with a Jay Wilson penalty.
With 21 minutes gone, Waverley equalised when Taylor Hope sprayed a pass to Luke Cooper, who shot home, but the visitors restored their advantage when Des Sutherland netted.
Liam Gellaitry put Waverley on level terms again before the league leaders snatched the winning goal through Scott Nightingale.
In Division B, Earlston Rhymers came from behind to earn a 2-2 draw against Hawick Legion, while Hawick Legion Rovers ran out with the same scoreline away to Peebles Amateurs in Division C.
Elsewhere, a David Strathdee own goal in the last minute of the game sent Hawick United tumbling out of the South of Scotland Cup.
Kevin Strathdee put United ahead in the first half with a perfectly-executed overhead kick from a Ross Scott cross.
Thistle hit back to equalise. Chances fell at both ends after this, but there was no addition to the scoring until Strathdee had the misfortune to head the ball into his own net seconds from time.
